CAREERS

Join the team

TRI-FIT is growing, and we're looking for talented, ambitious people to join us at our HQ in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.

We're an independent British performance sports brand specialising in premium triathlon and endurance apparel and equipment. From award-winning tri-suits and technical racewear to swimming, cycling, running and custom team kit, we're building TRI-FIT around a simple ambition: to create exceptional products and a brand that genuinely belongs within the endurance sports community.

We're a small, hands-on team, which means the people who join us have the opportunity to make a real impact. Ideas can become projects quickly, decisions don't disappear through layers of management, and you'll work directly with the people developing the products and growing the business.

We're currently recruiting for three positions at TRI-FIT HQ.

These are office-based roles in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. They are not remote positions.

BRAND & MARKETING LEAD

Full-time | Wetherby HQ

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Brand & Marketing Lead to help drive the next stage of TRI-FIT's growth.

This is a broad, hands-on role sitting at the centre of the brand. You'll bring together product launches, campaigns, email, app, social, paid media, SEO, PR, content, athletes and events into one coordinated marketing strategy.

You'll work directly with the founder and closely with our Community & Athlete Manager, photographers, athletes, agencies and external partners.

You'll be involved in:

  • Owning TRI-FIT's overall marketing calendar and campaign planning.

  • Coordinating product launches across every marketing channel.

  • Managing email marketing and the TRI-FIT App.

  • Managing external paid media, SEO and PR partners.

  • Using analytics, CAC, ROI and customer data to inform decisions.

  • Planning photography, video and content shoots.

  • Working with our Community & Athlete Manager to turn athlete, affiliate and event activity into great brand content.

  • Managing and allocating the marketing budget.

  • Identifying product, market and consumer trends.

  • Protecting and developing how TRI-FIT looks, sounds and presents itself.

  • Helping shape the wider direction and positioning of the TRI-FIT brand.

We're looking for someone with around five or more years' experience across multiple marketing channels who is organised, commercially aware, data-driven and capable of making things happen.

Experience within sportswear, endurance sport, ecommerce or another premium consumer brand would be valuable, but you don't need to be a triathlete. Finding an excellent marketer who understands brand, product and customer acquisition is the priority.

This is an office-based role because we want marketing closely connected to product development, content, community and the wider business.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

COMMUNITY & ATHLETE MANAGER

Full-time | Wetherby HQ + UK event travel

If you live and breathe triathlon, love meeting people and naturally find yourself at the centre of a community, this could be a very interesting job.

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, proactive and highly organised Community & Athlete Manager to become one of the faces of TRI-FIT.

You'll take ownership of the people and relationships around the brand: our TRI-BE amateur race team, professional athletes, affiliates and wider community, as well as our presence at races and events throughout the season.

During race season, you'll regularly be out representing TRI-FIT at triathlons, marathons, swimming events, expos and activations. Back at HQ, you'll work closely with our Brand & Marketing Lead to make sure everything happening within the TRI-FIT community feeds into our wider content and marketing plans.

You'll be involved in:

  • Managing and growing the TRI-FIT TRI-BE community.

  • Managing relationships with our professional and sponsored athletes.

  • Tracking athlete race calendars, kit requirements and opportunities.

  • Managing affiliates, from onboarding and kit through to content and performance.

  • Identifying new athletes, affiliates and potential partners.

  • Organising community events, shakeout runs, activations and collaborations.

  • Representing TRI-FIT at races and expos throughout the season.

  • Capturing social content, interviews and race-day footage.

  • Engaging directly with our online community.

  • Working closely with our Brand & Marketing Lead on athlete campaigns, launches and content.

  • Making sure our athletes and community are properly supported while also delivering value back to the brand.

We're looking for someone lively, approachable and extremely comfortable with people.

You'll need to understand social media, be confident creating basic short-form content and, crucially, be organised enough to manage multiple athletes, events, conversations and deadlines at once.

A genuine understanding of triathlon and endurance sport is highly desirable. Existing involvement in the triathlon community would be even better.

This isn't a conventional 9-to-5 desk role. Race season will involve weekend work and travel, with time off in lieu during the week.

For the right person, it's an opportunity to make triathlon your day job.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

CUSTOM LAB COORDINATOR & DESIGNER

Part-time – initially approximately 2 days per week | Wetherby HQ | Scope to grow

We're looking for a talented, organised and proactive person to help us develop and grow TRI-FIT Custom Lab.

This isn't simply a graphic design position.

You'll work directly with customers from their initial brief through design, sign-off and production, creating bespoke tri-suits and sportswear for individual athletes, clubs and teams.

But we're looking for someone who can go further than producing great designs. You'll help us develop our wider custom teamwear offering, build out our product catalogue and pricing, improve the Custom Lab website and customer journey, and ultimately help us grow this part of TRI-FIT.

You'll be involved in:

  • Speaking directly with customers and turning their ideas into clear creative briefs.

  • Creating original custom tri-suit and sportswear designs.

  • Producing presentations, garment visualisations and production-ready artwork.

  • Managing customer communication, revisions, deadlines and project progress.

  • Liaising with our factory through to production.

  • Developing coordinated teamwear across triathlon, cycling and running.

  • Helping build our Custom Lab product catalogue, pricing and website offering.

  • Developing templates and processes that make Custom Lab easier to manage and scale.

  • Helping identify opportunities to proactively grow the Custom Lab business.

We're open-minded about your background and level of experience. You could be an exceptional recent graduate, an early-career designer or someone with several years' relevant experience.

You'll need strong graphic-design ability, confidence with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop or equivalent professional software, excellent attention to detail and, importantly, strong organisation and customer communication skills.

Experience with sportswear, sublimation printing, garment templates, 3D visualisation or endurance sport would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

The position will initially be approximately two days per week, but we're looking for someone who could grow with Custom Lab. For the right person, there is genuine scope for the responsibility, number of days and ownership of the role to increase as this part of TRI-FIT develops.

Salary: Competitive, pro-rata and dependent on experience.
